CIT Apple Mail setup page

CIT is investigating what appears to be a bug in Exchange that is limiting attachment size in Entourage and Mail. Attachments larger than about 10 MB are being rejected.

Workarounds:

• Outlook and OWA allow messages up to the intended 50 MB limit.
• The secure DropBox service is CIT's secure method for transferring files up to 1.5 GB
• Configure Apple Mail to use authusersmtp to send messages (directions here )
