CLASSE Group Management for Service Owners

If you are a group manager, you can request security groups for permissions to files and programs that make sense for your service. You can request to be added as the manager of the security group that is for your service.

Launching AD Group Manager

  1. Browse to https://webapps.classe.cornell.edu/classe-user-account/
  2. Click on the "Show Groups I Manage" button at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the "Manage Group" button next to the group that you'd like to manage.
  4. Enter a CLASSE Username, and click on "Find User"
  5. Click on "Add User To Group" to add the user to the group.
  6. Click on "Remove" next to an existing user to remove that user from the group.
  7. Click on "Done"
