Starting EVO from a LEPP Conference Room

1. double-click on the koala.jnlp or EVO file on the linux system's desktop.
2. click on OK to login using the saved password information.
3. In the top-half of the Koala window that appears, click on the meeting you would like to join. For testing, choose Testing. For CLEO Collaboration meetings, choose CLEO.
4. Confirm that you would like to join the meeting by clicking on Yes in the Confirmation window that appears.
   • As you enter the selected meeting, the Polycom ViewStation should automatically connect, and you should be all set!
