Here are the instructions from Katerina........To check your personal and vacation time click on My Reports (under My Information), then on My Accrual Balances and Projections (under Available Reports), then chose date (calendar next to the right), and click on View Report (top left corner).

Color Printing at Wilson

The color printer at Wilson lab (w229_xrx_7800) has only two types of paper, 8.5X11 and 11X17. It also has queues related to the size of the paper. For letter, use w229_xrx_7800. For tabloid/11X17, use w229_xrx_7800_11X17. If you send any size printout other than letter size (8.5X11) to the w229_xrx_7800 queue, the job will not printout.

Emergency and Off Hour Support

The CLASSE Computer Group is a service-based organization available to help when needed. In general, someone from the CLASSE Computer Group is usually checking their email and will be able to respond in a timely fashion. In emergencies (especially off-hours) where a response to email can't wait, please don't hesitate to call computer group members directly. A list of phone numbers (only available from onsite or after logging in with CLASSE Credentials) is available online and posted at various locations throughout Wilson, Newman, and the PSB. https://wiki.lepp.cornell.edu/Computing/Private/CallList For more information on contacting the computer group, please see https://wiki.classe.cornell.edu/Computing/ContactingComputerGroup

General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. The CLASSE-IT group will always announce any expected disruptions in our NewsLetter and via CLASSE-IT-NEWS-L, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM.

Unless other arrangements have been made, CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM, so please avoid critical or lengthy operations at that time. For more details, please see SystemExpectations.
