  • join presenter's computer to meeting
  • join Polycom to same meeting
  • designate a meeting manager; join that person's computer to the same meeting

  • get a laptop ready
  • get agenda
  • get on Cornell Box page with presentations
  • get list of presenters
  • get list of remote participants

  1. go to to https://cornell.zoom.us/meeting
  2. Schedule a meeting -or- click/tap on a meeting's Topic link, then the "Edit" button in the lower right
    Recommended "Meeting Options" settings
    • "Video" for "Host" and "Participant" should be ON
    • "Audio" should be set to Both
    • "Require meeting password" is strongly recommended
    • "Enable join before host" is recommended
    • "Mute participants upon entry" is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
    • "Alternative Hosts" - strongly recommended if the person scheduling the meeting will not be attending the meeting
