Safety Training

All CLASSE personnel must undergo specific safety-related orientation and training, depending upon responsibilities; many of these trainings expire after a period of one to five years and need to be periodically refreshed. This online CLASSE Safety Onboarding form must be completed by all new personnel in collaboration with their supervisor / advisor / host. It provides CLASSE Administration with vital information and provides a checklist on safety trainings and related documents. It may be helpful to a supervisor /advisor / host to print out of a pdf version of this form, mark the trainings required, and hand to the student to use when completing the online version.

New personnel will only be able to view and take CLASSE-specific trainings after they have completed the online Safety Onboarding form referenced above, and it has been processed (allow 1 or 2 business days).
