Beam Size Monitor is installed

Mark gave a brief overview about the installation and first data taking with with the new beam size monitor. A log book of the on going work can be found here.

Project Overview and Task Assignment

Mark showed slides on how to distribute various coding and organizational tasks. The current list can be found in the group member wiki page.

Miscellaneous

Mark will meet with coordinators in the upcoming week to go over basics regarding the various sub tasks and how to use the existing code infrastructure.

Also it was pointed out that we need a few tutorials e.g. for dealing with the CESR control system or how to use CVS and set up the correct environment for compiling and submitting code to CVS.
