While the CLASSE-IT group is dedicated to helping all CLASSE members with their computer requests, we can provide only limited assistance with problems encountered on personally owned systems or for systems which are NOT managed by CLASSE-IT.

While we cannot provide specific support for home and non-CLASSE computers, we do occasionally get a chance to look at various products and sites that provide help to home users. Connecting a personal device to a CLASSE network

Personally owned devices can access most CLASSE resources from home or when connected to Cornell's RedRover or eduroam networks. If your device needs to be connected directly to a CLASSE network, please fill out the following form and submit a request Device Registration
