PrinterFix
We have had multiple reports of some Windows 7 computers having all the printers greyed out. When this happens, rebooting does not help. If this happens, please download our PrinterFix and run it to get the printers working again. This may happen repeatedly, so keep the program handy. -- JamesPulver - 18 Sep 2015
