Printing from Mac OS X

1. Launch the Printer Setup Utility application. This is usually located in your Applications/Utilities folder.
2. Click on Add [Printer]
3. The add printer window will appear...
   • Protocol: Choose Line Printer Daemon - LPD
   • Address: Enter lns61.lns.cornell.edu for LPR Printer's Address.
   • Queue: Enter W374_XRX_3450.
   • Name: Enter the same Queue name that you entered above
   • Location: Enter NSF Site Visit
   • Print Using: Select Xerox, then navigate to Phaser 3450 or Xerox Phaser 3450 PS. If asked (OS 10.4), enter 64MB as the memory size.
     
     • If for some reason you cannot find a Phaser 3450, Generic PostScript Printer should also work.
4. You should be able to print using Printer W374_XRX_3450 now.
