Grid Engine Queues
During the upgrade to SL6, the queues previously known as lnx65101 - lnx65111 have been renamed ilc301 - ilc311, similar the other ilc nodes, ilc320 through ilc327.
Please note that this only changes the queue names seen in qstat (for example). For example, either "all.q@ilc301" or "all.q@lnx65101" can be used to assign a job to ilc301. This does not work for wildcards, however, so you would have to specify "all.q@ilc30*" instead of "all.q@lnx6510*".
ilc301 - ilc311 were previously CNAME's for lnx65101 - lnx65111. To clarify and standardize the naming conventions of ilc farm nodes, we have now made lnx65101 - lnx65111 CNAME's for ilc301 - ilc311.

General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. The CLASSE-IT group will always announce any expected disruptions in our
NewsLetter and via
CLASSE-IT-NEWS-L, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM.
Unless other arrangements have been made,
CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM, so please avoid critical or lengthy operations at that time. For more details, please see
SystemExpectations.
