Calling from a CLASSE Polycom into a Vidyo meeting

If there are 2 or fewer local participants, consider having the meeting in your office or other space that you won't have to reserves.
Instructions: http://information-technology.web.cern.ch/services/fe/vidyo

If there are 3 or more local participants, reserve a room and follow the instructions below.
  • using a Web Browser
    1. make sure the device you are running your browser on is on a CLASSE network
      • Red Rover networks are NOT CLASSE networks; you can use OpenVPN to connect to a CLASSE network if you are on Red Rover
      • PSB301 and PSB470 have Linux computers that are on CLASSE's public subnet and can be used to communicate with the Polycoms in those rooms
    2. enter the address of the appropriate Polycom in your browser's address bar
      • PSB301: vcspsb01.classe.cornell.edu -or- 128.84.46.198
