Wilson 301 Projector and TV Setup

Table / Laptop

A user can bring their own laptop to be used to display with both the projector and the TV. There are three cables bundled together on the table that you will use to connect your laptop.

How to display the table laptop on the Projector:

  1. Connect the HDMI cable labeled “Proj” to the HDMI output on the laptop.
    • If you do not have an HDMI output, you can use an adapter. Adapters are typically kept on the credenza near the in-room PC.

How to display the table laptop on the TV:

  1. Connect the HDMI cable labeled “TV” to the HDMI output on the laptop.
    • If you do not have an HDMI output, you can use an adapter. Adapters are typically kept on the credenza near the in-room PC.
  2. Using the TV remote press the “Source” button and choose HDMI4 - PC then press “Enter”

How to use the speakerphone and room camera in Zoom:

Plug in the USB cable labeled “Cam/Audio” to the laptop
  1. Launch Zoom
  2. Host or Join the meeting and click on “Join with Computer Audio”
  3. Click on the up arrow beside the microphone icon at the bottom of the Zoom window
  4. Select Logi Group Speakerphone as your microphone and speaker source
  5. Click on the up arrow beside the video icon at the bottom of the Zoom window
  6. Select Logi Group Camera as your camera source

In-Room PC

The in-room PC is setup to only display on the TV and does NOT have an output to the projector

How to display the in-room PC on the TV:

Using the TV remote press the “Source” button and choose HDMI3 - PC then press “Enter” This will extend the desktop of the PC to include the monitor and the TV

How to use the speakerphone and room camera in Zoom:

  1. Launch Zoom
  2. Host or Join the meeting and click on “Join with Computer Audio”
  3. Click on the up arrow beside the microphone at the bottom of the Zoom window
  4. Select ConferenceCam CC3000e Speakerphone as your microphone and speaker source
  5. Click on the up arrow beside the video icon at the bottom of the Zoom window
  6. Select ConferenceCam CC3000e Camera as your camera source
