Building standard control system and simulation software libraries, of the type typically found in 'cesr_YYYY_MMDD_d'-named releases is done using the
'build_master' script.
This script allows one to build:
--++++ Standard releases
--++++ Packages releases (3rd-party software libraries that are kept under lab maintenance due to custom modifications)
