JAMF Self Service

JAMF Self Service is part of the JAMF management system for CLASSE-managed Macs. Using Self Service, users can browse and install a selection of vetted apps without needing administrative privileges.

Launch the Self Service app from your system-wide Applications folder (Finder - Go - Applications - Self Service.app).

Opening Self Service will bring up a dialog box like this:

Click on "Catalog" in the lefthand pane.

Click on "CLASSE" in the righthand pane.

Picture above shows apps available via Self Service as of March 2026.

Clicking on "Install" (or "Reinstall") on the right side of an app tile will install the app;
Clicking on "Description"between the app icon and the "Install" button will display a short description of the relevant app.

You may occasionally need to "Reload Self Service" (in the view menu; see picture just below)
