Recurring Inventory Tasks

Daily

• Receive incoming packages
  • FedEx, UPS typically deliver by 11am
  • USPS typically delivers between 1-3pm
• Stockroom walkthrough for obvious empty or low items
• Check Wilson gas cages for empties

Weekly

• Check Annex gas cage for empties
• Check shelves in Rm. 141 for empty/low items
• Do a more thorough stockroom check for empty/low items

Monthly

• Do a full count of Wilson gas inventory, order up any that are low
• Perform a cycle count of at least one wall of items

Annually

• Full Inventory
• Check Wilson gas cage signage for accuracy, reorganize canisters as needed
