Network Maintenance: Tuesday, 04-Feb-2025 @ 10:30 AM

On Tuesday, 04-Feb-2025, between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM, we will be performing network maintenance that briefly interrupt connections into the CHESS control system (but without impacting CHESS operations). If you have any questions or concerns, please submit a ServiceRequest.

Autodesk 2025 Update: Friday, 14-Feb-2025

Starting Friday, 14-Feb-2025, we will be updating the Vault and all Autodesk applications to the 2025 version. Vault will be available for users by noon on Monday, 17-Feb-2025. More details will be communicated on the CLASSE Autodesk mailing list. If you would like to be added to that mailing list, please contact Tim O'Connell.

General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. The CLASSE-IT group will always announce any expected disruptions in our NewsLetter and via CLASSE-IT-NEWS-L, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM.

Unless other arrangements have been made, CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM, so please avoid critical or lengthy operations at that time. For more details, please see SystemExpectations.
