CLASSE is retiring LogMeIn and will be contacting people who have access to CLASSE managed computers via LogMeIn
. You will receive a notification for each computer you have LogMeIn
access to. If you are no longer using LogMeIn
you need do nothing. If you want to be migrated to our new remote access solution, ScreenConnect
- please open a service request with the computer you want access to
CLASSE Managed Windows computer image viewer
Windows 10 no longer has a built in image viewer. We have deployed "nomacs" to CLASSE Managed Windows computers, both Windows 7 and 10. This is a replacement image viewer. You can use it by searching for it or running it from the start menu. This should also register it as a default image viewer for you. If you need assistance, please open a service request.
General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12 noon to 2:00 PM.

, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12 noon to 2:00 PM.
Unless other arrangements have been made, CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM
