InstantPlot Features
Display Features
- The default display when InstantPlot opens is the detector view. The following pictures are examples of the Reciprocal SAXS, Reciprocal WAXS, 1D SAXS and 1D WAXS views.
Parameter Features
The default tab that opens with InstantPlot is the "Calibration, Background" tab. The description of the functions in this tab can be found in the InstantPlotHowTo page. The following pictures are examples of Setup, Plot 2D, Plot 1D and Batch processing parameters.
Setup
The Setup tab allows you to adjust the display parameters. The values shown are from the default setting.
Plot 2D
The Plot 2D tab displays options for adjusting the intensity and color of the plot. The pixel colors correlate linearly to numerical values. To view the values in a log scale, click on "Log Intensity" under Plot options. The values shown are from the default setting.
Plot 1D
The Plot 1D tab allows you to adjust the limits for both the SAXS and WAXS plots. Changes to these limits can be visualized in the Reciprocal space and 1D tabs in the Display section. The values shown are from the default setting.
Batch Processing
The Batch processing tab is used to create 1D plots from multiple 2D images. Click on "Select input path" and select the folder with your 2D images. Click on "Select output path" to designate a folder to save the 1D text files to. Click on "Begin bath processing" once the input and output paths are selected.
